Just the best. Nothing else can describe the people and the food. A customer for over 30 years.

Unfortunately - I was really excited as I moved into the area so I ordered take-out.I got two pasta's with tomato sauce (veggie) and an order of garlic bread. The server charged me 50 dollars for the food ! After my shock and awe I paid the bill thinking it would be some amazing Italian food.Let's just say that was not the case.Not worth the money and the food is nothing to write home about.

Great local place for some tasty food. Prices are excellent for the quality. Great pizza. Staff and service have never been an issue. This place can get quite busy with families and noisy kids so if you want a quiet date night, this may not be your place, unless you go off peak hours. Call ahead to make sure they are still open.

I took my little sister to dinner last night and the food and service was amazing! The calamari is to die for! We'll be back, keep it up :)

Awesome family owned and run restaurant. Being going to it for over 35 years and make a point of having at least 1 meal there when visiting back in Toronto. Food is always fresh prepared and my wife and I have never left disappointed.

Excellent food, large portions and reasonably priced. Nice beer selection. Service was friendly and good. Very nice place, seats are quite close to each other so a fair amount of bumping etc. Very child friendly do a lot of noise and crying etc. earlier in the evening.

Old school pizza joint with some of the best pizza in the city. Fresh ingredients and everything made to order. The city lacks authenticity likes Gerrard's.

Had a good experience here with my girlfriend. The food was served rapidly and the customer service is just great. Prices are reasonable.

Best panzerotti I kniw of in Ontario besides Tony's in London on Wellington. Family owned and operated. Been eating here for 34 years

Tried this spot once with a friend and I am hooked ever since. I loved the awesome character and flavorful dishes and beverages. Kudos.

Has been the Italian Eatery since 1966. Everything cooked fresh. Best Pizza ever!

I'm writing this on one visit to this place. The decor was nice and cozy. The service was friendly. I got myself a pepperoni slice, my friend got the margarita slice. It was decent nothing, memorable. If I'm in the area and looking for a slice I'll go by. I have heard that if order a whole pizza and it's made to order it is better. I my try this option and update my review at a later date.

My friend and I recently went here, and were appalled by the service, as the waiter would not stop making unwanted and highly inappropriate remarks. My friend and I are both 15, and we're extremely uncomfortable and disturbed by the fact that a man who was in his mid twenties at least was acting this way. He came up to my table when I was alone, and leaned in very closely to comment on the fact that I "really am gorgeous". I emailed the restaurant many days ago, and have still not received any reply. Overall, should've gone to Pizza Pizza.

We won't be back. We went here a couple years ago after they'd been featured by the Danforth East Community Association and weren't impressed with the quality of food then. We thought we'd give them a second chance this week because we were nearby. Like one of the past reviewers, we had our two year old with us. The server made it pretty clear that kids are not welcome saying that we couldn't bring our stroller inside and then said the wait would be at least an hour and a half despite the restaurant being only half full. We won't be trying it again.

This place never fails to impress. They have fantastic dishes for convenient prices, there is no waiting time even when they are busy.

The pizza was amazing. The waiter was extremely kind and he helped us create our own pizza that ended up being the best pizza I've had in a long time. Extremely kind service, I never rate stuff but this place is definitely worth sharing. You won't be disappointed.

I have gone to Gerrard Pizza for 25 years. I do have a problem. I can't order anything but the 4 cheese pizza that I add procuito to. I really want to try something else but they have me hooked. 473 pizza's later

Drove all the way there. Found it closed for no reason 7:30 pm on Wednesday. Disappointed!

It's a nice restaurant. They have so many different types of pizza. This time I enjoyed the prima Vera.

Nice friendly family restaurant

To be honest, I haven't been in at least a couple decades, but I do have fond memories for what was the best Toronto Italian pizza in my memory of the time when I was going to University and we'd call in (no delivery) and pick up a large tomato pizza "to go", and chow down on it while playing poker. Always fresh, piping hot and I can still taste the great sauce! I will need to put a return visit towards the top of my bucket list.

We have a great friend to thank for introducing us to Gerrard Pizza! Delicious food with an attentive and personable management. Thanks for a memorable meal, Vito! We'll return.

We are just being ripped off with this restaurant. We ordered spaghetti with 6 meatballs and a panzerotti. We paid $42.70 for these two orders. The spaghetti with meatballs tasted blah. Metro (the grocery store) panzerotti taste better than their $12 panzerotti. The staff didn't care to give us water, didn't even have a manner to say thank you and bye to us. This would be our first and last with this restaurant.

The best pizza!!! I love the mista salad and margherita pizza. It is not fast food. This family business takes pride in it's food, and they take time to make it right.

What a joke this place is!! My wife and 2 year old child went with another mother and their 2 year older for a pizza dinner at 5:30 pm on a Friday evening. They were told by a gentleman server that the kids needed to keep quiet and stop being 2 year old kids. The ladies eventually left this family restaurant as they were not welcomed. I called to discuss the unfortunate incident seeking further clarification on what happened only to be treated with utmost disrespect. I asked to speak to the owner and or manager, only to be told rudely that " its 6 pm on Friday, why would he be here" Kudos to a great neighborhood family restaurant where actual families are not welcome.
